How can I buy Angel Aromatics Products? As the manufacturer Angel Aromatics are only supply in bulk quantities to retailers / onsellers. Please email sales@angelaromatics.com.au your postcode and the products you are interested in and we can find your local stockist. 

Is there an online store I can buy from? Yes www.maxandblanks.com.au sells many of our products online. 

How do I re-fragrance your products? Place a few drops of Angel Aromatics fragrant oil or spray with the Angel Aromatics Refresher Spray. Please be careful when re-fragrancing not to get the fragrance onto other surfaces.

Is "Annan" fragrance exclusive to Angel Aromatics? YES! The owner of Angel Aromatics developed Annan fragrant oil herself in 1994 (and named it after her friend). Annan fragrance has been trademarked and registered and is exclusive to our company. Annan fragrance is available in concentrated fragrant oil (15ml & 100ml), Refresher Sprays, Candles, Wax Melts, Room Sprays, Diffuser Sets, Sachets or on any of our bulk flowers, balls, cubes and curls.

How can I see your prices? If you are an on-seller / retailer, you may view our prices after logging into our site (click "WHOLESALE ACCESS" top of the page, enter your giftnow password or apply for wholesale access). Alternatively please call 02 9588 4477 for a posted or emailed copy of our price list.

What is a "Giftnow password"? Giftnow is the gift and homewares industry website. If you are a shop you can register your company at http://www.giftnow.com.au . You will then be sent a user name and password which will let you search wholesaler's websites and see pricing of different products. Your Gpoint password works on our website.

What time is your office open? 9am - 5pm (AEDT) Monday - Friday. Please call 02 9588 4477 to speak to a sales representative. We do not have a showroom. We are closed on all Public Holidays.

What is your minimum order? There is no minimum order value, however in order to buy from us at wholesale pricing you must be taking bulk quantities and be a reseller. There is a flat freight rate dependant upon location. The flowers are sold in bags of 50, curls by the kilo, organza bags in packs of 24 and oils minimum 60.

If you are starting a new business and do not have a physical gift / homewares shop yet, please don't hesitate to call us on 02 9588 4477 or email sales@angelaromatics.com.au with your business requirements. We do not sell direct to the public.

How can I pay? MasterCard, Visa, Amex. Cheque or Direct Deposit. Once you place your order online a box will pop up saying "If you wish to pay by credit card, press the "OK" button" you will then be taken to a secure page to enter your information. If you would prefer a representative to contact you direct for payment please press the 'cancel' button when the box pops up and your order will be emailed to us and we will contact you. (There is a 3% surcharge for Amex payments).

How long till I receive my order?  All products are made fresh to order and production time can vary from 2 days to 2 weeks. Please place your order in advance if it is urgent or advise us at time of ordering.

What does *YOU DECIDE* mean in the product description? As we are a manufacturer you can choose the fragrance on our bulk products (flowers, curls, balls). When you place your order, if the fragrance you want is not listed, order the *YOU DECIDE* item and at the end of the order in the comments section advise which fragrance you would like on that product.

When is your next trade fair? Please click on "Trade Fairs".

How do I display your products? All fragrant products should be displayed on an impervious surface (one which is incapable of being affected). Most people display them in bowls in their dining rooms and bathrooms.

How long do fragrances last? up to 9 months. Fragrances will last longer if kept in a cool dry area.

As you are a manufacturer can you make a special product for me? Yes. Our bulk products are available in many of our fragrances. If you would like a large quantity of a special colour or product please contact us on 02 9588 4477.

GENERAL QUESTIONS:

How long do fragrances last on your Flowers & Angel Curls? up to 9 months. Fragrances will last longer if kept in a cool dry area.

What is the difference between Essential and Fragrant Oils?
* Essential oils are true essences extracted from plants, seeds, roots and then refined into a pure oil. Each varies in price and they are generally expensive.
* Fragrant Oils are like Perfume - a blend of scents. Angel Fragrant Oils are concentrated but affordable (a single price).

What is the difference between Concentrated Fragrant Oils, Refresher Sprays and Room Sprays?
* Angel Concentrated Fragrant oils are the premium version of the fragrance and are the highest quality & strength. Fragrant Flowers, Balls, Curls and Woodies on leaving our factory are scented with these concentrated oils to ensure a very long lasting scent life.
* Refresher Sprays are an affordable pump spray specially formulated to refresh, revive and give an instant fragrance boost to our angel flower, curls and pot pourri. They are not to be used as a room spray.
* Room Sprays are a fine mist spray designed to diffuse a scent into your room which lingers long after use.
